Edition 01 ships worldwide from Porto. UK and EU orders arrive in 3–5 working days; North America in 5–8; the rest of the world in 7–12. A tracked carrier (DHL or UPS, never standard post) is included on every order. Once a dossier leaves the atelier, you'll get the tracking number by email within the hour.

30 days from delivery, no questions asked, as long as the dossier is unused and the original packaging is intact. We pay the return label for any defect. We don't accept returns on engraved pieces — engraving is final, by design.

Yes. The leather pull on the Tech Pouch, Cube, and Field Tote takes a single line up to 18 characters — initials, a date, a coordinate. Engraving is laser-etched in Porto before the piece is closed. Adds €18 to the line item and roughly two working days to dispatch. Once engraved, it stays engraved: see the returns note above.

Edition 01 is a finite allocation: 500 of each dossier, no restocks. Every piece carries its serial number (e.g. #142 / 500) etched on the inside lining. When 500 is reached, the dossier closes for good and Edition 02 — a different colourway, a different brief — takes its place. The archive stays public. Old dossiers are repaired, not reissued.

Send it back. Atelier Souto repairs every Manifest Office piece for life — zippers, lining, hardware, stitching. The Anchor Latch is field-serviceable with a coin: we ship replacement latch units at cost (€12) so you can keep going on the road. Anything more involved goes back to Porto. We cover repair labour; you cover one-way shipping.

The Tech Pouch and Cube both ship in S, M, and L. The size selector on each dossier page lists capacity (in litres) and the working examples we tested against — a 13" laptop and charger fits the Tech Pouch M; a week of laundry fits the Cube L. The Anchor Latch and Luggage Tag are one size. If you're between two, pick down: every Cube and Tech Pouch stacks inside the next size up.

EU orders ship duty-paid (DDP), including the UK post-Brexit threshold. North America, the UK above £135, and rest-of-world orders are sent DDU — duties and import VAT are collected by the carrier on delivery. We surface the estimate at checkout so there are no surprises at the door.

420D Cordura body (Italian-milled), full-grain vegetable-tanned leather pulls, YKK AquaGuard zippers, 6061-T6 aluminium hardware machined by a four-person shop outside Vila Nova de Famalicão. Lining is undyed recycled polyester from PET bottles. Every component is named, sourced from the EU, and replaceable. Material origin certificates are filed under Provenance.
